Acceptance
By using VibeDrop ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. That's it.
What you can host
Static websites — HTML, CSS, JS, images, fonts. We don't run server-side code. If you need a backend, bring your own API.
What you can't host (Acceptable Use)
- Phishing pages, credential harvesters, or fake login screens mimicking other services
- Malware, exploit kits, or any payload that harms visitors' devices
- Illegal content under US law, including CSAM
- Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
- Scams — crypto wallet drainers, fake giveaways, MLM schemes
- Spam, SEO doorway pages, link farms
- Sexually explicit content involving minors or non-consenting adults
- Content inciting violence or harassment against individuals or groups
- Cryptocurrency mining in visitors' browsers without consent
Our rights
We may remove any content and suspend any account without notice if we believe content violates these terms. We cooperate with law enforcement under valid legal process.
Service availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Free tier sites expire after 7 days (30 days once the API key is claimed by an account). We may discontinue the service at any time.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the preceding 12 months (currently $0 for free tier).
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
